An engineering company that happens to build tools.

HAYA TEQ started in 2014 supporting construction and commissioning projects. We wrote the procedures and built the tooling before we ever supplied equipment so every product in the range carries the memory of a joint that had to be closed correctly, on a deadline, in the field.

That order matters. Materials, tolerances and finishes are selected against real load conditions, duty cycles and site access — not catalogue assumptions. The result is equipment that survives repeated use in harsh environments, reduces downtime and stays serviceable long after commissioning.

Onsite machining brings portable machine tools to the equipment instead of sending components to a workshop. Clamp-on lathes, split-frame cutters and flange facers perform beveling, cutting, facing and weld preparation in place. It is used when dismantling is impractical, when the item is too large to transport, or when the shutdown window is too short to allow removal, transport and refit.

A hydraulic torque wrench applies a controlled, measurable torque that can be tied to a target bolt preload and recorded against the joint. Impact tools deliver an uncontrolled, unrepeatable output. On flanged joints, pressure vessels and structural connections, documented and repeatable preload is what protects joint integrity — which is why controlled bolting is specified on critical services.

Our controlled bolting range spans roughly 150 Nm to 72,000 Nm across square-drive and low-clearance hex cassette formats, driven by 700 bar (10,000 psi) hydraulic power packs. Tool selection depends on bolt diameter, grade, lubrication condition and the access available around the joint.

Yes. Rental is available for shutdowns, turnarounds, commissioning campaigns and temporary projects. Equipment is supplied calibrated and certified, and can be packaged with procedures, on-site technical support and field supervision.

Custom engineering is a core part of what we do. Where standard tooling does not suit the access, load path or site conditions, we design and manufacture to your specification — dimensioned against the real duty rather than a catalogue assumption.
